This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Conduct a substantial number of outbound calls each day.
• Actively engage with prospects in real-time and effectively manage objections.
• Build a pipeline and identify hiring requirements.
• Present customized recruitment solutions to HR leaders, hiring managers, recruiters, and business executives.
• Excel in a target-oriented environment through proactive outreach.
• Prior experience as an SDR, Business Development Representative (BDR), Recruiter, Account Executive, or Staffing Sales Representative.
• Demonstrated experience in a high-volume cold calling setting, with the capability to consistently make outbound calls daily while ensuring strong conversation quality.
• Proficient in cold calling, lead generation, and handling objections.
• Proven track record of scheduling meetings and generating qualified B2B sales opportunities.
• Experience in engaging with HR directors, hiring managers, and C-level executives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Comfortable providing feedback on market resonance and aiding in the enhancement of pitch effectiveness over time.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement platforms.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in the recruitment, staffing, talent acquisition, or HR services sector.
• Background in selling recruitment services, staffing solutions, or RPO services.
• Understanding of recruitment workflows, hiring challenges, and workforce planning.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar prospecting tools.
• Experience in high-volume outbound sales or inside sales environments.
• Strong grasp of B2B sales processes and pipeline management.
• Salary of up to $1,500/month plus commission (Negotiable).
