This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Develop and manage high-volume, high-quality outbound efforts across LATAM and the US, including cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and personalized touches at scale.
• Independently prospect within local government, utilities, and private forestry accounts using a well-defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Schedule and conduct initial discovery calls, then transfer worked opportunities to Account Executives with comprehensive context, including pain points, stakeholders, budget indicators, and urgency.
• Ensure HubSpot data accuracy at 100% by logging every account, every contact, and every interaction.
• Continuously refine sequences and messaging based on conversion metrics.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance research, synthesize transcripts, and improve communication.
• Play a role in enhancing the outbound playbook by providing insights based on firsthand field experience.
• 2 to 4 years of experience as an outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) in B2B SaaS or B2G, with a focus on prospecting in LATAM and/or the US.
• Native-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken, enabling seamless prospecting and discovery calls with US clients.
• Proven track record of meeting sales quotas, supported by tangible metrics.
• Proficient in using HubSpot as a primary record-keeping system rather than just a task list.
• Maintain pipeline accuracy at 100% as a standard practice.
• Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator for account identification and prioritization effectively.
• Demonstrate efficient use of AI tools (such as Claude and similar) to streamline research, enhance copy quality, and increase output.
• Bilingual proficiency, capable of working seamlessly within a mixed Spanish/English team.
