This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Oversee, mentor, and direct a team of outbound Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) dedicated to appointment setting.
• Perform regular listening of calls, conduct live observations, and execute deal reviews to maintain quality and consistency.
• Offer precise, actionable feedback regarding pitch delivery, messaging, objection handling, and call structure.
• Track SDR performance metrics and promote ongoing improvement towards targets.
• Ensure that outbound processes, scripts, and messaging adhere to established standards.
• Assist in the onboarding, training, and continuous development of SDRs.
• Partner with sales leadership to synchronize SDR output with pipeline and revenue objectives.
• Demonstrated success as an outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR).
• Previous experience as a Team Lead, SDR Manager, or Sales Manager is essential.
• Proven capability to coach through call observation and provide detailed performance feedback.
• Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on quality control and execution.
• Comfortable reviewing a high volume of prospect and client calls.
• Must possess prior experience in a remote work environment and be proficient with remote collaboration tools.
