This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Perform outbound outreach utilizing phone, SMS, and email channels.
• Respond to inbound inquiries, revisit old leads, and follow up on pending estimates.
• Assess prospects and arrange appointments accordingly.
• Ensure ongoing communication throughout the sales pipeline.
• Assist in the development of outbound sales systems and workflows.
• Contribute to scripting, follow-up structures, and lead management protocols.
• Monitor KPIs and outreach performance indicators.
• Aid leadership in creating scalable sales operations.
• Keep precise records in the CRM and track leads effectively.
• Coordinate follow-ups and manage customer communications.
• Guarantee visibility and consistency throughout the sales pipeline.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales, sales development representative (SDR), appointment setting, or call center environments.
• Proven experience in cold calling and lead qualification.
• Preferred experience in enhancing or creating sales workflows.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Organized with a focus on KPIs.
• Comfortable handling outbound conversations.
• Strong abilities in follow-up and relationship building.
• Capable of working independently in fast-paced settings.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, including Odoo CRM, dialers, Google Workspace, OpenPhone, or Aircall is preferred.
• Provides commission opportunities.
