This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Achieving quarterly and annual team targets (both opportunity and revenue) by generating a robust pipeline.

• Responsible for meeting weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs.

• Engaging in prospecting and qualifying opportunities - Independently reaching out to and nurturing prospects through various channels to convert them into sales opportunities.

• Grasping buyer personas to establish trust, articulate their challenges, and suggest viable solutions.

• Working alongside the Marketing team and Regional Managers to aid in the development and execution of demand generation for prioritized strategic account lists.

• As a representative of Kainos, you will be expected to effectively convey Kainos and its offerings at an elevated level to potential clients.

• Delivering formal presentations to prospects and customers in a way that positions Kainos as a leading and professional supplier.


⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in inside sales, sales development, and customer interactions.

• Fluency in both Dutch and English is essential.

• A keen interest in consultative selling techniques and a desire to understand the competitive landscape and customer requirements.

• Proven track record of using initiative to drive results.

• Capability to prioritize tasks in a competitive setting to meet deadlines aligned with business needs.

• Strong communication skills to effectively build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders (internally and externally).

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Experience in creating and implementing demand generation campaigns using technology tools such as Cognism, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (Desirable).

• Background in preparing and delivering presentations (Desirable).

• Genuine interest in technology and industry trends (Desirable).

• Additional language skills, preferably in French (Desirable).
