This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Manage both inbound and outbound communications with potential clients interested in maintenance, custom upgrades, and e-commerce offerings.
• Carry out discovery calls to assess client requirements and align them with the shop's specialized services.
• Oversee and cultivate leads throughout the sales funnel, concentrating on achieving high closure rate targets.
• Interact with clients during peak "after-work" hours and weekends to enhance conversion rates when customers are most accessible.
• Keep detailed records of all communications and client information in the CRM system.
• Basic automotive knowledge; a solid understanding of car maintenance and aftermarket modifications is essential.
• Outstanding communication abilities with a clear, professional, and persuasive manner of speaking.
• High proficiency in English to establish trust and rapport with a varied clientele.
• Willingness to work CST hours, particularly during evenings and weekends when client interaction peaks.
• A competitive attitude driven by KPIs, particularly focusing on closing ratios.
