This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing SDR team through consistent one-on-one meetings, training sessions, and call reviews.
• Accountable for reaching ambitious targets in pipeline generation, encompassing SQLs and qualified meetings.
• Establishing, managing, and perpetually refining scalable outbound and inbound processes.
• Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new SDRs in a methodical approach to ensure sustainable team expansion.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales to enhance campaigns, Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), and messaging.
• Analyzing pertinent metrics to persistently enhance efficiency and conversion rates.
• Developing, executing, and refining playbooks, sequences, and automation strategies.
• Actively contribute to daily operations through calls, outreach, and advancing opportunities.
• Provide transparent reporting and strategic alignment with the Head of Sales and founders.
• Set an example through operational excellence and active involvement in pipeline generation.
• Demonstrated success in lead generation through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement.
• Skilled in analyzing and effectively targeting Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas.
• Experience in crafting engaging messaging that captures attention and drives conversions.
• Strong proficiency in utilizing multiple channels for effective lead generation.
• Familiarity with common qualification frameworks such as MEDDICC or BANT.
• Capability to quickly ramp up and sustainably develop junior SDRs.
• Proven experience in setting clear expectations, conducting call reviews, and managing team performance.
• Confident in managing relevant metrics such as activities, conversion rates, SQLs, and pipeline contributions.
• Competence in identifying bottlenecks, making data-driven decisions, and optimizing processes.
• Proficient with CRM and sales tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach.io, or Salesloft.
• Experience in establishing structured and scalable outbound processes as well as creating playbooks and sequences.
• Strong player-coach mentality with a readiness to engage operationally.
• Driven to take responsibility and actively influence outcomes in a rapidly growing environment.
• High level of initiative, results-oriented approach, and a passion for achieving ambitious goals.
