This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• We are seeking a virtual assistant to fulfill the position of a sales caller, tasked with making outbound phone calls to secure hosts for classes.
• Conduct outbound calls to engage class hosts across various regions.
• Maintain communication and follow up with hosts to ensure adherence to class schedules and to minimize cancellations.
• Update and manage the CRM or internal data systems to guarantee the accuracy of all contact and class scheduling information.
• A graduate with any bachelor's degree or a certificate course.
• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, demonstrating a proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas while effectively managing customer relationships.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Outstanding communication skills via phone, email, and instant messaging.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Technologically adept and familiar with current technologies such as desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP.
• Proficiency in word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office).
• Familiarity with online calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar).
