This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Inspire, guide, and develop a top-performing SDR team through consistent one-on-ones, training workshops, and call evaluations.
• Accountable for meeting ambitious targets in pipeline development, which include SQLs and qualified meetings.
• Create, oversee, and enhance scalable outbound and inbound processes.
• Identify, recruit, and deliver structured onboarding for new SDRs.
• Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to optimize campaigns, Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), and messaging strategies.
• Analyze key metrics to continuously enhance efficiency and conversion rates.
• Develop, implement, and refine playbooks, sequences, and automation processes.
• Actively support daily operations through calls and outreach efforts.
• Provide clear reporting and strategic alignment with the Head of Sales and company founders.
• Lead by example through operational excellence and active involvement in pipeline generation.
• Demonstrated success in lead generation through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Ability to analyze and effectively target Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas.
• Experience in crafting compelling messaging.
• Strong expertise in utilizing multiple channels for effective lead generation.
• Familiarity with common qualification frameworks such as MEDDICC or BANT.
• Capability to quickly ramp up junior SDRs and enhance their productivity.
• Experience in setting clear expectations and conducting call evaluations.
• Proficient in working with key metrics such as activities, conversion rates, SQLs, and pipeline contributions.
• Ability to identify obstacles and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with CRM and sales tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach.io, or Salesloft.
