This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Perform high-volume outbound prospecting aiming for over 130 successful connections each day.
• Engage with restaurant owners and managers to present our dependable oil collection services.
• Assess leads and uncover challenges associated with their current waste management providers.
• Diligently document and manage all lead activities, notes, and progress in HubSpot.
• Work in partnership with leadership to enhance scripts and outreach techniques in a dynamic startup setting.
• Demonstrated experience in high-volume cold calling.
• Proficiency in English with outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Expertise in HubSpot (Essential) and Google Workspace (Essential).
• Capability to work autonomously and sustain high activity levels without continuous supervision.
• Strong resilience and the capacity to cope with rejection while maintaining a positive and persistent attitude.
• Availability to work during EST hours.
• Nice-to-Haves
• At least 2 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) role.
• Familiarity with Apollo.io for lead sourcing.
• Experience with Slack for internal communication among teams.
• Background in the restaurant or hospitality sector.
