Team Lead, SAP Retail Fuel & Network Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Lead and cultivate a team of SAP RFNO consultants while providing guidance in everyday project tasks.

• Counsel clients on the deployment and continuous enhancement of SAP RFNO solutions.

• Assess and design processes related to service station operations, billing, and financial integration.

• Map out various operator and contract models (COCO, CODO, DODO).

• Oversee payment processing, clearing, commissions, inventory management, and POS integration responsibilities.

• Collaborate on integration solutions utilizing SAP Integration Suite, APIs, and EDI.

• Assist implementation partners with intricate requirements and architectural choices.

• Manage and guarantee the quality of client projects while taking overall functional responsibility.

• Contribute to innovative consulting strategies, templates, and AI-powered solutions.

• Aid presales efforts, proposal development, and the ongoing evolution of the RFNO consulting portfolio.

• Cultivate consultants and promote knowledge sharing and ownership.

• Handle multiple client projects simultaneously while ensuring high standards of consulting and delivery quality.

• Recognize market and client needs early on and assist in expanding the RFNO business.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of SAP consulting experience in RFNO, IS-OIL, or a similar setting.

• Several years of experience in the service station, oil and gas, or retail fuel sectors.

• Comprehensive knowledge of billing and financial processes (SD, MM, payment clearing, commissions).

• Proven experience in designing and implementing intricate SAP landscapes and integration scenarios.

• Strong communication skills with business departments, IT stakeholders, and management.

• Initial experience in functional leadership, project team management, or mentoring consultants.

• A keen interest in modern technologies such as AI, SAP BTP, and Clean Core.

• Familiarity with SAP Integration Suite.

• Experience in API or EDI design.

• Background in fleet card or loyalty settlement.

• Knowledge of IS-Retail.

• Experience with SAP BTP and Clean Core.

• Experience in building consulting teams or competency centers.

• Background in presales, proposal, or business development.
