Network Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the operation and support of LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN networks.

• Administer and supervise Aruba environments, which include switches, access points, and Aruba Central.

• Lead technical teams by assigning tasks and monitoring their performance and deliverables.

• Track key performance indicators, service level agreements (SLAs), incidents, and overall environment availability.

• Address critical issues and perform root cause analysis.

• Coordinate projects that involve the deployment, expansion, upgrade, and enhancement of network infrastructure.

• Ensure proper documentation, standardization, and adherence to security best practices.

• Manage relationships with vendors, partners, and contracts associated with infrastructure.

• Collaborate with teams across Information Security, Projects, Support, Sales, and other IT departments.

• Spot opportunities for improvement, automation, and technological progress within network environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed or pursuing higher education in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Proven experience in managing network infrastructure and operations.

• Familiarity with Aruba Networks, including Aruba Central, switches, and wireless solutions.

• Understanding of ITIL and best practices in IT service management.

• Proficiency in technical English for comprehending documentation and engaging with manufacturers.
