This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Executive position overseeing both inside and field sales within the market sectors of theatre, architainment, and TV & film trade.
• Solely accountable for achieving revenue, margin, and growth objectives.
• Directing sales initiatives in accordance with the company’s strategic goals.
• Conducting market analyses, forecasts, and compiling reports.
• Offering technically proficient, customer-centric advice and account assistance.
• Demonstrating products at customer meetings, trade exhibitions, roadshows, and various events.
• Recognizing opportunities to enhance sales processes and tools.
• Completed vocational training (e.g., as an event technology specialist) or an equivalent qualification.
• Relevant professional experience in the theatre sector, TV & film, or architainment.
• Experience in sales and project management — preferably with prior leadership roles.
• Readiness to travel frequently.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Independent, organized, and results-driven work approach.
• Positive demeanor with an entrepreneurial and strategic mindset.
• Technical knowledge and enthusiasm for the product range.
