This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Leadership and disciplinary management of a nationwide sales team specializing in Fixed Systems / Installation.
• Direction, coaching, and professional development of sales personnel.
• Definition and tracking of sales targets, KPIs, pipeline, and forecast management.
• Development and implementation of national sales strategies aimed at revenue and business growth.
• Support for the team in strategic customer projects, negotiations, and complex sales processes.
• Promotion of a performance-oriented, customer-focused sales culture.
• Close collaboration with management, product management, marketing, and technical departments.
• Independent sales responsibility for the Northern region.
• Operational sales responsibility for the Northern sales area (Lower Saxony, Hamburg, Bremen, Schleswig-Holstein).
• Active acquisition of new customers and the establishment and expansion of sustainable customer relationships.
• Identification and exploration of new markets, industries, and business potentials.
• Support and development of end customers, integrators, specialized installers, planners, and sales partners.
• Responsibility for the entire sales process – from lead generation to contract conclusion.
• Development of regional growth strategies and implementation of defined sales objectives.
• Technical solution sales.
• Consulting for customers in the fields of video surveillance, security, and installation systems.
• Analysis of technical customer requirements and development of suitable solution concepts.
• Assistance with tenders, project evaluations, and technical presentations.
• Close cooperation with presales, technical, and project teams.
• Successfully completed commercial or technical training or comparable qualifications.
• Several years of experience in sales within the security industry, ideally in video surveillance, security solutions, or installation.
• Proven leadership experience in sales, such as Team Lead Sales, Sales Manager, or Sales Director.
• Experience in managing regionally distributed or nationally operating sales teams.
• Solid technical knowledge in the area of installation / video surveillance / security solutions.
• Documented successes in acquiring new customers, business development, and market penetration.
• High technical affinity and understanding of advisory-intensive project sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Entrepreneurial thinking, strategic strength, and high self-motivation.
• Willingness to travel within Germany.
• Ideally residing in Northern Germany.
