Team Lead, Product Operations – Classification

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate the daily classification and labeling tasks performed by team members.

• Ensure that all team members are informed and current with training as well as the latest policy updates.

• Offer guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and effective work environment.

• Monitor and assess employee performance, providing constructive feedback at least weekly and implementing improvement plans as necessary.

• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures.

• Identify training requirements and collaborate with HQ Teams to guarantee our Costa Rica site has the necessary resources, knowledge, and skills to operate with exceptional speed and precision.

• Promote a culture of teamwork, open communication, and continuous improvement through daily stand-up meetings, calibration sessions, and feedback mechanisms.

• Address and resolve team conflicts promptly and effectively, aligning with DVs CORE values PACT (Passion, Accountability, Collaboration, Trailblazing) and adhering to all guidelines in our company policies and EOR handbook.

• Work with other departments to optimize processes and improve overall efficiency.

• Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.

• Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or leadership position, with a minimum of 3 years.
