This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Take ownership of the Product Operations Framework.
• Define, document, and uphold the Product Ops framework for the organization, which encompasses planning processes, release governance, product lifecycle stages, and delivery checkpoints.
• Convert strategic product direction into practical, scalable artifacts: templates, workflows, standards, and governance models.
• Lead the pilot programs and implementation of new operational methods across selected tribes, iterating based on genuine feedback.
• Manage the integration of frameworks and standards into the tools utilized by the organization for managing and standardizing the product management process.
• Take charge of the Operational Infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Engineering Operations to establish, structure, and maintain governance over core product tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Jira Product Discovery or similar).
• Define and sustain a standard suite of product management artifacts, such as requirements templates, release readiness checklists, status reporting formats, and decision logs.
• Ensure all materials are consistent, accessible, and designed for effective adoption, building reusable systems that increase in value over time.
• Own the tooling roadmap for the product function, assessing and recommending enhancements as the organization scales.
• Drive Adoption Across Tribes.
• Lead the implementation of Product Ops practices throughout all product tribes via enablement sessions, documentation, and direct collaboration with tribe leads and PMs.
• Proactively identify instances where standards are not being adhered to or where adoption faces challenges, addressing root causes rather than symptoms.
• Create and sustain a feedback loop between the tribes and the product leadership team, highlighting what is effective and what is not.
• Serve as an enabler and trusted partner to the product organization, rather than an enforcer.
• Manage Product Data and Reporting Foundations.
• Define and uphold the core product KPI framework, including what we measure, its structure, ownership, and storage.
• Build and manage the reporting infrastructure, including dashboards, cross-tribe views, and portfolio-level performance reporting.
• Ensure that data is consistent, reliable, and structured to facilitate decision-making at both squad and leadership levels.
• Collaborate with engineering operations to ensure that data sources are well-connected and trustworthy.
• Enable Cross-Tribe Alignment and Visibility.
• Oversee portfolio-level visibility regarding delivery progress, product performance, and operational health across tribes.
• Lead the design and maintenance of cross-tribe dashboards and reporting cadences that provide leadership with a clear, real-time overview of the product portfolio.
• Proactively identify inconsistencies, gaps, and risks among teams and bring them to the attention of the Head of Product Management with actionable recommendations.
• Advocate for transparency as a cultural norm, rather than merely a reporting activity.
• Establish Portfolio Governance & Product Lifecycle Management.
• Manage the governance framework for the product portfolio, defining the structures, checkpoints, and decision-making processes that ensure appropriate products are developed, advanced, and retired at the right time.
• Design and maintain a product lifecycle model that provides the organization with a consistent, shared language for the status of each product, from discovery and validation to scaling, optimization, and end-of-life.
• Establish and facilitate the governance cadences that link tribe-level activities to portfolio-level decisions, including stage gates, investment reviews, prioritization forums, and roadmap alignment sessions.
• Lead Continuous Operational Improvement efforts.
• Identify recurring challenges and systemic issues across tribes, such as unclear requirements, inconsistent processes, and tooling friction, and take ownership of the improvement roadmap.
• Propose, prioritize, and implement tangible enhancements to templates, tools, and processes with measurable outcomes.
• Monitor adoption and improvement results, regularly reporting to the Head of Product Management on the health and maturity of the ProductOps function.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing operational frameworks within a product or technology setting.
• Strong systems thinking ability — capable of understanding how processes, tools, data, and people interact and where friction occurs.
• Extensive knowledge of product delivery tools (Jira, Confluence, Jira Product Discovery, or equivalent).
• Confident in collaborating across multiple tribes and engaging with senior stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills — able to simplify complex processes for usability.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and providing structure to undefined challenges.
• Demonstrated experience in a Product Operations, PMO, delivery management, or program management role within a technology organization.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing processes or frameworks at scale across multiple teams.
• Experience in managing tooling configuration and governance for a product or engineering function.
• Previous involvement with portfolio-level reporting and data structures.
• Experience in an agile, squad-based, or tribal product organization is preferred.
• Strategic and outcome-focused — emphasizing impact rather than mere activity.
• Pragmatic approach — designs for adoption and usability, rather than theoretical perfection.
• Comfortable challenging the status quo and advocating for change using data and evidence.
• Credible with senior stakeholders, able to influence without formal authority across organizational boundaries.
• Balances standardization with autonomy — understands when to enforce consistency and when to allow flexibility.
• Proactive and self-directed — does not wait for direction to identify issues needing resolution.
• Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
• Comprehensive health and wellness benefits.
• Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
• Flexible working arrangements to promote work-life balance.
• Engaging work environment with a focus on collaboration and innovation.
