Product Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist with Product Launches: Collaborate with product managers, onboarding, and support teams to orchestrate go-to-market strategies, develop training materials, and monitor feature adoption after launch.

• Engage with Integration Partners: Facilitate and lead conversations between integration partners and engineering teams while overseeing new integrations.

• Analyze User Feedback: Gather and structure qualitative insights from clinics, pet parents, and internal stakeholders, highlighting patterns and themes to guide product decisions.

• Update Product Documentation: Create and maintain product requirement documents, user stories, release notes, and internal process guides to ensure clarity among teams.

• Monitor & Report on KPIs: Track product performance dashboards, identify anomalies, and compile regular reports to assist product managers in staying informed on key metrics.

• Coordinate Cross-Functional Workflows: Aid in managing sprint planning logistics, backlog grooming, and inter-team communication to keep initiatives on schedule.

• Assist with QA Processes: Support quality assurance testing, document bugs and edge cases, and help establish acceptance criteria alongside product and engineering teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree

• Over 3 years of experience in product operations, business operations, project coordination, or a similar role

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail

• Proficient in working with data, including experiences with spreadsheets, dashboards, or basic analytics tools

• Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines in a dynamic environment

• An inquisitive nature about technology and a keen interest in understanding how software products are developed and utilized

• Bonus: familiarity with SaaS products, healthcare or veterinary technology, or customer-facing roles
