Senior Product Manager, Retrieval Operations

📋 Description

• In the role of Senior Product Manager on the Outreach team within the Payer Data Product division, you will spearhead product strategy and implementation.

• You will promote a technology-driven approach to outreach efforts directed at Providers through internal operations teams.

• This encompasses investments in user-friendly internal experiences for our agents and operators, insights based on data analytics, and workflows powered by AI.

• You will establish the vision for what success entails.

• You will determine how to utilize the organization’s resources to achieve this, driving execution by motivating the team and actively participating in the process.

• You will be recognized for your ability to create feasible solutions, navigate challenges, and incorporate valuable ideas from various sources.

• Promote adoption by collaborating closely across the organization.

• You enhance this process by eliminating objections and obstacles; you gain value from firsthand insights into how the product is perceived.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess over 5 years of experience in product management, product strategy, or a similar role, preferably within a B2B health tech or healthcare organization.

• Additional experience in developing and managing call center products, healthcare data workflows, or other high-volume, operations-oriented systems would be advantageous.

• You approach your work with thoughtfulness, knowing when to focus on details and when to consider the broader context.

• You have a passion for understanding the rationale behind decisions and propose creative solutions to address challenges.

• You are highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
