📋 Description

• Oversee the evolution of WEX's billing system into a cohesive, real-time platform.

• Create and implement sophisticated AI/ML features.

• Redesign the experience for global billing operations teams.

• Recognize and prioritize essential issues to address.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to progressively deliver impactful solutions.

• Utilize both qualitative and quantitative insights to inform decision-making.

• Work closely with engineering and data science leadership.

• Effectively convey vision and strategy to senior stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in product management leadership.

• Extensive knowledge of the revenue lifecycle (e.g., ERP) and data platforms.

• Proven track record of delivering AI/ML-driven products from inception to completion.

• Strong comprehension of financial operations and accounting fundamentals.

• Demonstrated capability to lead various complex, cross-functional projects.

• Ability to operate comfortably in uncertain environments.
