This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Analyze variations in product, marketing, and business KPIs to uncover root causes
• Perform analyses on user behavior, funnels, retention, and cohorts
• Design, assess, and interpret experiments, including A/B tests, CUPED/CUPAC, and proxy metrics
• Measure the anticipated and actual effects of product and marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Growth teams to enhance decision-making
• Provide actionable insights that shape product strategy and roadmap priorities
• Work alongside Data Engineering to define analytical requirements and improve data quality
• Contribute to enhancements in analytics infrastructure and reporting
• Maintain consistency and reliability of essential product and marketing metrics
• Assist in establishing analytical standards and best practices
• Support marketing analytics frameworks such as LTV, CAC, attribution, and funnel measurement
• Collaborate with Growth and Marketing teams for performance analysis and optimization
• Develop and validate leading indicators and proxy metrics
• Gradually assume ownership of larger cross-functional analytical projects
• Mentor and assist junior analysts as necessary
• Engage in analytical planning and prioritization
• Enhance stakeholder management and communication with senior business leaders
• Learn to oversee analytical processes, quality standards, and team performance
• Progress towards a Product Analytics Team Lead role
• Extensive experience in Product Analytics
• Proficient in SQL and data analysis techniques
• Experience with product metrics, funnels, retention, experimentation, and growth analytics
• Strong understanding of business and product strategy
• Ability to convert data into actionable insights
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
• Ownership mentality and capacity to work independently
• Interest in mentoring peers and evolving into a leadership position
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) English proficiency or higher
• Availability to work from 9:00-18:00 within GMT+4 to GMT+10 time zones
• Nice to have: Previous experience mentoring analysts or leading analytical projects
• Nice to have: Experience in consumer products, marketplaces, SaaS, gaming, dating, social, or subscription sectors
• Nice to have: Experience in developing analytics frameworks and metrics systems
