This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Oversee a team of product analysts who provide support to product and business teams.
• Formulate hypotheses, conduct research and A/B testing, and clearly communicate findings.
• Collaborate with product and marketing stakeholders on foundational research and unique requests.
• Monitor and support metrics for Financial Products, identify areas for improvement, and create new decision-making metrics.
• Create clear and informative data visualizations and reports.
• Assist in the planning of data structures and enhancements in data quality.
• Direct analytics for Tabby Cash and the debit financial products ecosystem, with an emphasis on activation, engagement, and profitability.
• Balance user growth with sustainable economics across Product, Risk, and Growth teams.
• Aid in defining user adoption and optimizing card usage for long-term value.
• At least 4 years of experience as a data/product analyst.
• Proven experience in leading a team of data analysts of varying sizes.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Expertise in data visualization and business intelligence tools.
• Experience in designing data structures for new products and features.
• Solid understanding of Python, including libraries such as Pandas, Numpy, Statsmodels, and Matplotlib.
• Excellent quantitative skills paired with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Capability to analyze problems, pinpoint root causes, and propose solutions.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business and product teams.
• Required English proficiency at an upper-intermediate level or higher.
