This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish essential metrics and methodologies for Marketing, CRM, and Product analytics, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and facilitating effective decision-making.
• Discover opportunities and challenges through data analysis, delivering insights in a straightforward and actionable format.
• Operate independently and autonomously while closely collaborating with Marketing, CRM, and Product teams to provide consistent updates on the effectiveness of all marketing channels in the acquisition pipeline.
• Ensure data integrity from diverse sources, proactively questioning and enhancing existing data flows.
• Contribute to improving the accuracy, reliability, and overall quality of data.
• Create user-friendly Tableau dashboards to track primary KPIs, including both existing and new metrics.
• Propose innovative strategies to enhance marketing performance and efficiency.
• Oversee automated reporting to guarantee timely and accurate information delivery.
• Minimum of 2 years of analytical experience, ideally in B2C product analytics.
• Advanced SQL proficiency.
• Experience with Tableau or comparable tools.
• Strong statistical knowledge and experience in applying statistics to analyze complex datasets.
• Familiarity with GIT and Airflow is advantageous.
• Experience with Python libraries is also beneficial.
• At least an intermediate level of English proficiency.
• Ability to work independently.
