This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa, +2 more states.
• Take ownership of and manage the product roadmap for Provisioning and Integrations by collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize business requirements, drive product strategy, and ensure the delivery of scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with internal development teams and external technical partners to assess, document, and assist with new system integrations.
• Review technical specifications and establish implementation and support expectations.
• Contribute to the design, standardization, and ongoing improvement of the Cloud Provisioning Framework, provisioning business rules, and API integration capabilities.
• Convert technical concepts into clear business requirements.
• Research and document the integrated/enterprise business processes, needs, and challenges of users.
• Develop detailed use cases, scenarios, and user stories for intricate, integrated software solutions.
• Guide NISC teams in researching and interpreting complex technical design specifications.
• Provide advice on the implementation of requested business needs while managing scope limitations.
• Act as a key leadership contact for functional, processing, reporting, and data use cases.
• Analyze and capture intricate business needs and advocate for them through use-case methodologies.
• Research and document legal, regulatory, and industry parameters or constraints impacting software solutions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Proficient understanding of REST APIs, JSON data structures, API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger), and system integration concepts, including the capability to comprehend data schemas.
• Strong grasp of product roadmap development and experience in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation, which includes creating a product business plan and feature rollout plan.
• Familiarity with broadband provisioning concepts and technologies, including Fiber networks.
• Working knowledge of business-related software applications and services.
• Understanding of product portfolio functionalities, integrations, and technical architecture.
• Familiarity with other integrated industry applications and services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Project Management processes and theories.
• Understanding of end-to-end software development lifecycles.
• Strong ability to effectively lead, influence, teach, and mentor others.
• Capability to identify key performance indicators and define effective business processes for product development.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to meet the goals and objectives of the position.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Ability to see and communicate; frequently maintain a stationary position, move, and operate computer keyboards or office equipment.
