This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Gathering, constructing, validating, and regularly monitoring product and marketing metrics
• Defining requirements for tracking new events, overseeing their integration, and ensuring data quality
• Preparing detailed reports by countries, platforms, campaigns, and cohorts
• Analyzing user behavior and creating retention funnels
• Formulating hypotheses, designing A/B experiments, analyzing results, and preparing recommendations
• Collaborating with producers and game designers to set development priorities and make product decisions
• Establishing and implementing internal standards for tracking, analytics, and reporting
• Building regular dashboards in BI systems and implementing basic data quality practices
• Independently managing analytical tasks from requirement gathering to presenting insights to management
• Over 5 years of experience in product, marketing, or BI analytics, with at least 2 years in the mobile gaming industry
• Proven experience in independently managing analytical projects: from gathering requirements and setting up tracking to implementing dashboards and presenting results to management
• Deep understanding of the complete product analysis cycle
• High level of proficiency in SQL: complex queries, performance optimization, and working with large data sets
• Practical experience with BI tools, particularly Tableau, including creating multi-level dashboards and reporting systems
• Thorough knowledge of product and marketing metrics — DAU, MAU, Retention D1/D7/D30, LTV, ARPU, ARPPU, CPI, ROAS
• Experience in developing and standardizing analytical processes within a team
• Practical experience conducting A/B tests and statistical analysis of results
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Preferred: Proficiency in Python for statistical analysis, model building, and automating routine tasks
• Preferred: Understanding of data pipeline architecture and experience working with data engineers
• Preferred: Experience with dbt
