Team Lead, Performance Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee prominent brands including HelloFresh, KoRo, and yfood

• Direct the marketing team

• Handle six-figure advertising budgets on Meta platforms

• Create and execute innovative marketing strategies

• Organize and perform A/B testing

• Manage the agency's top-tier clients

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in performance marketing

• Emphasis on e-commerce

• Experience in an agency setting is preferred but not mandatory

• Previous leadership experience within a team is advantageous

• Proficiency in German at a native level
