This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take charge of executing consumer demand generation across various channels including paid media, organic, lifecycle, and referrals.
• Develop demand generation programs tailored for sales and advisory teams targeting high-value client segments.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to define qualified prospects, create segment-specific campaigns, and assess conversion rates.
• Work alongside Sales and Commercial Operations to establish lead definitions, routing, scoring, and feedback mechanisms.
• Engage in pipeline and performance reviews to enhance targeting strategies and lead quality.
• Create and maintain comprehensive reporting throughout the demand funnel, from initial contact to sign-up, funding, and client retention value.
• Recognize trends, extract insights, and advise on where to allocate resources, test, or scale back activities.
• Conduct testing on creative elements, target audiences, offers, and landing pages.
• Transform testing insights into scalable, repeatable programs.
• Integrate AI tools into creative processes, copywriting, audience research, landing pages, and campaign workflows.
• Contribute to the quarterly demand strategy and ensure accountability for its execution.
• 4–6 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing.
• Proven history of generating high-quality consumer demand across various channels.
• Experience in a self-serve model that supports a sales team.
• Extensive hands-on experience with paid media campaigns.
• Managed budgets and campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or programmatic channels.
• Focused on optimizing for downstream value rather than solely on cost per acquisition.
• Experience in generating demand across diverse consumer segments.
• Strong collaborative skills with Sales and Product Marketing teams.
• Proven ability to leverage AI to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Analytical mindset capable of diagnosing funnel issues, prioritizing opportunities, and suggesting changes.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
