This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Lead the Paid Media strategy through a comprehensive approach, utilizing expertise across various channels such as Google, Meta/IG, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, Programmatic, and others.
β’ Utilize big data, automation, and machine learning to provide optimization and growth recommendations on a large scale, ensuring clients maximize their investment.
β’ Work collaboratively with SEO, Creative, and Analytics teams to develop integrated strategies that transcend individual channels.
β’ Create, test, and refine ad copy and landing pages based on data to enhance relevant user experiences and achieve measurable outcomes.
β’ Contribute to Seer's thought leadership by writing blog posts, participating in industry forums, conducting internal training sessions, and sharing knowledge within the team.
β’ Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients, acting as a reliable partner and extension of their teams.
β’ (For senior/lead levels) Oversee and nurture a team of Paid Media professionals, setting high standards for excellence and mentoring others towards development.
β’ (For senior/lead levels) Drive divisional revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and collaborating with the business development team.
β’ Proven experience in managing Paid Media campaigns across diverse platforms, industries, and types of campaigns.
β’ Proficient in data analysis: adept at examining large, multi-channel datasets and translating findings into clear, actionable insights.
β’ Knowledgeable in automation, machine learning, and tools such as Supermetrics and Google Data Studio (or similar).
β’ A collaborative and integrated mindset, recognizing that Paid Media is most effective when aligned with SEO, Creative, and Analytics.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of making technical insights accessible and engaging for clients.
β’ Advanced skills in Excel and Google Suite; familiarity with data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI is an advantage.
β’ Strong time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple clients and projects while maintaining high quality.
β’ (For senior/lead levels) Experience in leading, coaching, and developing team members; comfortable managing 4 or more direct reports.
β’ A genuine interest in industry trends: emerging channels, AI advancements, and new measurement methodologies inspire you.
β’ Annual compensation evaluation at least once a year.
