• Lead our Marketing & Sales team to foster growth, refine positioning, and transform strategy into tangible results in a remote, AI-centric SaaS environment.
• Create and oversee a scalable marketing and go-to-market strategy for various European markets.
• Strategize, launch, and expand key product and solution offerings.
• Convert company strategy into actionable marketing objectives, KPIs, and roadmaps.
• Take charge of brand development, content strategy, demand generation, and awareness throughout the entire funnel.
• Plan and implement localized campaigns tailored to European markets.
• Guarantee clear, compelling, and market-driven communication of product value.
• Structure, manage, and continuously enhance the entire funnel from awareness to conversion, ensuring a high volume of quality leads.
• Synchronize Marketing and Sales processes, messaging, and targets to facilitate a seamless transfer of marketing-generated leads to Sales.
• Provide operational support to a future Sales team member (e.g., lead qualification, outreach, follow-ups).
• Collaborate effectively with the Executive Team, Product, Sales & Support to drive market execution and boost product adoption.
• Utilize data- and AI-driven methodologies to consistently enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and decision quality.
• Manage marketing budget planning, forecasting, controlling, and performance reporting.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a small Marketing & Sales team (both internal and external).
• Oversee external partnerships (agencies, freelancers, tools).
• Several years of experience in a marketing leadership role within a digital, SaaS, or technology-driven environment.
• Demonstrated experience in a rapidly growing, scaling company (Scale-up environment).
• Strong knowledge of digital business models and practical expertise in brand building, performance marketing, and demand generation.
• Solid background in content, PR, SEO, GEO, social media, and organic growth.
• Strong analytical abilities combined with creative, solution-oriented thinking and a clear focus on results.
• Hands-on approach with strong decision-making capabilities and a structured, highly prioritized working style.
• Proficient in utilizing modern marketing and AI tools, with a strong inclination towards automation, data-driven methods, and ongoing improvement.
• Fluent in English and possess good skills in German.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digitalization, or equivalent relevant experience.
