Team Lead – Field Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Build and grow the team, starting as the first member or with a small group.

• Enhance team members' skills through coaching, shadowing, and role-playing activities.

• During the team formation stage, directly acquire new customers and meet an assigned individual target.

• Join the team on client meetings and aid in customer acquisition and live demonstrations.

• Oversee performance using KPIs and pipeline data, implementing timely corrective measures when necessary.

• Organize the weekly schedule, hold one-on-one meetings, and swiftly eliminate obstacles.

• Ensure CRM activities are accurate and consistent.

• Strategically develop the assigned region.

• Assist in optimizing sales processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, including proven Field Sales experience with personal accountability for closing deals.

• Demonstrated success in acquiring new customers.

• Leadership experience is beneficial, though not mandatory.

• Relevant experience in mentoring, onboarding new colleagues, or managing projects is advantageous.

• Comfortable working with KPIs, pipeline management, and forecasting.

• Skilled in using digital tools.

• Independent and structured work approach.

• Business-fluent in German at a native level and proficient in English.

• Valid Class B driver’s license.

• Willingness to travel within the region and enthusiasm for regional work.
