This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Provide thorough and timely responses to chats, phone calls, and emails from external clients.
• Inform clients about the pricing and procedures related to interpreting, translation, and localization services, as well as other offerings from Day Translations.
• Manage incoming leads and assist Project Managers in defining project scopes.
• Keep clients updated on the current progress of their projects.
• Relay information or messages from chats or calls to the appropriate departments.
• Document activities in tracking systems and maintain active communication with colleagues regarding task status.
• Comply with relevant policies and procedures.
• Complete documentation and other assigned side tasks.
• Demonstrated experience in customer support or customer service roles.
• Ability to manage incoming client calls throughout entire shifts.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (Native or C1); proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
• Familiarity with the translation industry is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Outstanding cross-cultural and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Strong professionalism and courteousness are essential.
