This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Supervise Accounting Specialists along with their designated dealers.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings aimed at assessing performance, capacity, and professional growth.
• Oversee compliance with schedules, monitor reconciliation progress, and manage workload distribution.
• Maintain a light schedule coverage (approximately 5 accounts) to remain connected to the operational work.
• Provide guidance on accounting workflows and best practices related to reconciliation.
• Assist Specialists with account-related issues, escalations, and inquiries about processes.
• Ensure that Specialists uphold clean and accurate accounting schedules.
• Evaluate reconciliation tasks and identify any discrepancies or gaps in processing.
• Aid Specialists with the posting of credit memos, journal voucher processes, timelines, and backlog management.
• Reinforce compliance with accounting policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices.
• Collaborate with Lead Admins and Customer Service teams to enhance schedule hygiene and resolve issues.
• Work alongside Service Delivery OEM Lead Warranty Specialists and Customer Success teams to enhance schedule hygiene and address concerns.
• Timely identify and escalate any scheduling issues appropriately.
• Partner with the Training Team and Director to facilitate the onboarding of new Accounting Specialists.
• Organize and deliver training for new Accounting Specialists, covering WarrSchedule, OEM-specific procedures, and DMS workflows.
• Support continuous skill development and reinforce standardized practices.
• Contribute to the Accounting Resource Center with updated processes and resources.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, workflows, and reconciliation standards.
• Identify any gaps or inconsistencies and propose enhancements.
• Assist the Leader in the implementation of new tools, processes, and reporting mechanisms.
• Support work schedule planning and capacity management.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warranty operations, dealership accounting, or similar automotive positions.
• Strong knowledge of OEM/DMS workflows and schedule reconciliation processes.
• Proven ability to mentor and support team members.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to balance leadership duties with schedule management.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and consistency.
• Proficient in Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and various accounting systems.
• Comfortable working with the WarrCloud Platform, DMS systems, and OEM software.
