Team Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the involvement of local participants in the project.

• Assist in the onboarding processes by providing communication and guidance for new participants.

• Help in scheduling sessions and ensuring timely attendance.

• Provide support for device logistics and procurement as needed.

• Ensure the effective execution of local sessions and activities.

• Oversee and ensure the accurate completion of necessary metadata and documentation.

• Aid in local operations and participant management for data collection and usability testing of medical consumer devices.

• Participants will interact with devices according to predefined scenarios to facilitate structured image data collection in alignment with project guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in coordination, training, or related roles is advantageous.

• Strong organizational abilities and multitasking capabilities.

• Exceptional communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in the local language is preferred but not required.

• Capability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.

• Willingness to assist with onboarding and operational tasks as necessary.
