Team Attorney, Subrogation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provides legal counsel to the General Counsel on pertinent issues related to Subrogation Operations.

• Delivers timely and appropriate legal assessments and advice to designated subrogation recovery teams.

• Ensures that any potential adverse legal actions against clients and the Company are managed effectively.

• Conducts training on relevant legal matters for new and existing analysts as required.

• Interacts with Subrogation Analysts as necessary to share information and insights about new court rulings, statutes, and regulations, as well as their implications for case management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited ABA law school.

• Must hold a license to practice law in your state of residence.

• Preferred experience of one or more years in personal injury, criminal, or civil law.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities, with a strong capacity to engage effectively across all organizational levels.

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and clients.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
