Teaching Assistant – Supply Chain Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Participate actively in the required Pre-Program TA Onboarding. The exact dates and times will be shared soon.

• Monitor designated Pumble channels (#c1-TA, #live-chat, #extra-help, and other relevant channels) for learner inquiries and respond promptly.

• Follow up with learners after each live session to check their understanding of the content, inquire about any questions, or clarify any points of confusion.

• Facilitate breakout rooms during lectures as needed.

• Assist in maintaining the session’s flow in case the Lead Instructor faces technical issues or is unable to conduct the lecture.

• If tasked with covering a specific live lecture, ensure your presence throughout the session and address any learner concerns.

• Monitor relevant Pumble channels for learner questions and ensure responses are provided within 24 hours.

• Encourage discussions by asking your own questions and sharing pertinent links in the #resources channel or other suitable Pumble channels.

• Utilize the #c1-TA channel to communicate any critical information during a lecture that requires the attention of Correlation One staff or fellow Expert Network members.

• Review content materials (including labs, projects, extended cases, etc.) in advance of the next lecture to ensure preparedness for learner inquiries.

• Hold up to six (6) Individual Office Hours each week for learners in the program to address additional questions or provide necessary support.

• Evaluate Learner submissions for exercises and projects within seven (7) days of submission.

• Create video walkthroughs for asynchronous assignments, including extended cases and portfolio tasks.

• Attend all scheduled meetings with your camera on, ensuring active participation and a professional appearance.


⛳️ Requirements

• A professional in Data Analytics with outstanding leadership, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, along with experience in Supply Chain Analytics.

• Possesses the Supply Chain Procurement Certificate or an equivalent qualification.

• Demonstrates empathy, flexibility, and patience; passionate about supporting diverse learners who are new to data analytics and logistics content.

• Experience working in a fully virtual environment.

• Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English.

• Practical experience with the following technical skills/platforms:

• Microsoft Excel.

• SQL.

• Zoom.

• Pumble.

• Previous teaching experience with adult learners is an advantage.
