Supply Chain & Operations Risk Associate Program – RAP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Acquire in-depth knowledge and understanding of Risk Management within Dairy Foods, Feed, Winfield, and Milk Sourcing.

• Engage in a program lasting from 12 to 24 months.

• Cultivate leadership abilities, risk management expertise, and essential skills.

• Collaborate across the enterprise and across various functions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Actively pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree with an anticipated graduation in winter 2026 or spring 2027.

• Proven leadership experience in academic, school, or industry-related organizations.

• Successfully completed the Land O'Lakes summer internship program.

• Possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

• Ability to apply new concepts and principles to solve problems.

• Exhibits effective and collaborative interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrates resourcefulness and innovation in problem-solving.
