This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Take charge of the governance for procurement and raw material planning master data.
• Ensure adherence to corporate data standards, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee and enhance compliance in procurement, planning, and accounts payable processes across various sites.
• Create KPIs, scorecards, and governance routines to evaluate data quality and process effectiveness.
• Identify underlying issues and implement corrective measures to minimize recurring problems.
• Manage compliance for Procurement, Planning, and AP workflows, addressing consistent execution gaps.
• Set up monitoring systems for standardized process execution across business units and locations.
• Maintain the integrity of material and vendor master data, purchasing organizations/groups, MRP parameters, lead times, safety stock, reorder points, subcontracting, and BOM planning data.
• Assist in AP process governance and initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Oversee blocked invoices, GR/IR discrepancies, payment holds, and invoice exceptions.
• Track invoice processing, supplier disputes, aging transactions, and payment performance KPIs.
• Support month-end and quarter-end AP closing activities.
• Lead reviews of invoice exceptions, outstanding purchase orders, unmatched receipts, and aged transactions.
• Establish and supervise data quality metrics and controls.
• Conduct audits, root-cause analysis, and develop corrective action plans.
• Optimize inventory parameters and replenishment settings in collaboration with planning teams.
• Propel planning standardization and governance initiatives across sites.
• Lead evaluations of planning performance, inventory health, and exception management.
• Act as the SAP business lead for master data governance.
• Support ERP, planning system, and digital transformation projects.
• Spearhead efforts in process simplification, standardization, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain documented processes, controls, and governance standards.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Planning, Operations, Finance, IT, third-party suppliers, and Master Data teams.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Master Data, or ERP systems.
• Strong proven skills with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP products.
• Experience in data governance, master data management, and cross-functional process enhancement.
• Experience in supporting procurement, third-party manufacturing, and P2P/AP processes is preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as SAP MM, SAP MDG, CPIM, CSCP, CDMP, or equivalent are preferred.
• Technical skills: SAP S/4HANA, SAP MM, Master Data Management, Supply Planning Systems, Advanced Excel, Power BI, Data Governance Frameworks, P2P, AP, GR/IR, Invoice Management, Process Mapping, Continuous Improvement.
• Core competencies: Data Governance, Supply Chain Planning, Process Governance, Continuous Improvement, Analytical Problem Solving, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Change Management, Operational and Financial Acumen.
• Employees are required to comply with all safety regulations, PPE standards, and site-specific policies during operational location visits.
