Tax Senior Manager – Private Client Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Lead a team, cultivate strong relationships with clients, and work collaboratively with Partners.

• Manage tax planning and compliance for individuals with ultra-high net worth.

• Conduct primary reviews of intricate tax returns.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing proactive insights on tax planning.

• Oversee engagement budgets and performance metrics.

• Offer coaching, training, and immediate feedback to team members.

• Engage actively in business development initiatives.

• Keep up to date with changes in tax legislation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field is mandatory.

• Over 10 years of extensive tax experience in providing compliance and consulting services to high-net-worth clients.

• More than 8 years specializing in tax compliance, focusing on complex individual and business returns.

• Recent experience in Public Accounting is essential.

• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent Certification is required.
