This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Developing proposals and overseeing the proposal process.
• Ensuring thoroughness: including scope of services, assumptions, pricing, start date, necessary documents, and next steps.
• Managing a proposal pipeline (tracking status, deadlines, follow-ups/reminders, and subsequent actions).
• Conducting prospecting calls and follow-ups.
• Providing onboarding assistance.
• Ensuring quality assurance through checklists, completeness evaluations, and follow-up procedures.
• Several years of experience in a tax firm or a tax-related setting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage proposal processes and follow-up effectively (ensuring nothing is overlooked).
• Excellent telephone communication skills: friendly, clear, confident, and dependable.
• Familiarity with firm workflows (services, billing, deadlines, confidentiality).
• Highly organized: adept at follow-up reminders, documentation, prioritization, and taking ownership.
