Targeted Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist – Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for all job funnels from inception to the completion of the first task.

• Monitor conversion rates at various stages of the funnel and implement necessary improvements.

• Ensure that AI interview gates operate effectively.

• Develop and oversee the intake process for new sourcing requests.

• Cultivate relationships with BPOs and external partners.

• Investigate and experiment with innovative sourcing channels for technical profiles.

• Guarantee that the quality of incoming recruits aligns with project headcount objectives.

• Collaborate with recruiters to prioritize roles and coordinate execution.

• Work with the Community team to establish efficient screening processes.

• Excellent written communication skills for crafting job postings and outreach messages.

• Experience in high-volume or technical recruiting is preferred.
