Client OnBoarding Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Facilitate Kick-off calls.

• Conduct consecutive, 30-minute* Zoom sessions with clients who have recently initiated their free trial.

• Assist users in completing the comprehensive account setup, which includes API integrations, tracking installations, and dashboard configuration.

• Effectively articulate the advantages of ClickGrow features while addressing any immediate technical challenges faced by the user.

• Spot opportunities to improve the client experience by suggesting relevant product upgrades, add-ons, or superior plans that correspond with their business objectives.

• Recognize common hurdles during the setup process and provide feedback to the product team to enhance the self-service experience.

• Ensure new clients receive technical support to correctly connect and configure their software.

• Maintain all verification information on the ClickGrow dashboard by diligently reviewing client profiles and details.

• Report any fraud, suspicious behavior, or violations of terms of service to the appropriate team.

• Maintain strict confidentiality during the onboarding process and adapt to changing requirements, internal policies, and operational needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Located in Latin America (any country) to align with our core time zones.

• Bilingual Proficiency (English C1/C2): Exceptional verbal and written English is mandatory.

• Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with SaaS platforms, basic web technologies, or marketing technology (MarTech) stacks.

• Time Management Expert: Capable of managing a busy schedule of 30-minute sessions, remaining energetic and punctual throughout the day.

• Detail-oriented with structured thinking capabilities.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a similar position is highly preferred.

• Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple client cases simultaneously.
