📋 Description

• Take charge of and enhance the recruitment technology and automation infrastructure.

• Develop scalable sourcing automation processes.

• Implement monitoring for competitor and talent signals.

• Establish a referral and backchannel system.

• Streamline automation for interviewer and candidate onboarding.

• Enhance the careers website.

• Set safeguards around ATS data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a dedicated sourcer or recruiter.

• Strong intuition for creating and managing pipelines.

• Practical experience in recruiting operations.

• A hands-on builder mindset.

• A candidate-centric approach.

• Previous remote work experience with companies based in the US or UK.
