Talent Sourcing Strategist

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Complex leadership to comprehend the distinct talent requirements of each branch and pinpoint priority sourcing markets, including targeted university pipelines.

• Utilize national recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, and others) to proactively identify high-quality candidates and ensure a steady stream of qualified leads for hiring managers across the country.

• Implement and enhance new AI-driven recruiting tools to boost pipeline speed, refine candidate targeting, and promote more efficient, impactful sourcing strategies.

• Tailor and improve outreach strategies to resonate with targeted talent segments, thereby increasing candidate engagement, response rates, and interview conversion.

• Strengthen the Equitable Advisors brand through strategic national recruiting initiatives, both virtual and in-person, enhancing market presence and employer brand visibility.

• Leverage data-driven insights to assess lead quality by source, continuously refining sourcing strategies and guiding future investment choices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent operations, ideally within the financial or professional services sector.

• Demonstrated expertise in building and scaling talent pipelines using contemporary sourcing strategies and digital platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Handshake).

• Familiarity with or a strong interest in AI-driven recruiting tools, automation, and cutting-edge sourcing technologies.

• Strong ability to convert business needs into data-informed sourcing strategies and measurable results.

• Exceptional written communication skills, capable of crafting targeted, impactful outreach that fosters engagement.

• Proven project management and prioritization abilities in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.

• Analytical mindset focused on optimizing performance through data, insights, and ongoing improvement.
