This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Deliver comprehensive administrative and operational assistance to the Executive Vice President and departmental leadership for Enterprise & Procurement Services as well as Student Housing initiatives.
β’ Organize and coordinate scheduling for virtual and/or in-person departmental meetings and events.
β’ Ensure accurate data entry within Salesforce.
β’ Maintain and manage departmental records efficiently.
β’ Assist with administrative processes related to departmental contracts.
β’ Cultivate and sustain professional relationships with district partners and external stakeholders to further departmental objectives and initiatives.
β’ Excellent organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to follow-through.
β’ Preferred experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/database systems.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Zoom, and other collaborative tools.
β’ Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building capabilities.
