This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
β’ Overseeing the procurement of both new and existing strategic clients by assessing equipment for consignment, negotiating terms, and finalizing contracts while fostering long-term partnerships.
β’ Managing daily interactions with strategic clients, which includes owning the agenda for interactions and ensuring precise tracking of all communications for complete transparency.
β’ Preparing and facilitating supplier negotiations, which entails evaluating transaction feasibility, revenue potential, and alignment with Ritchie Bros. commercial strategy.
β’ Monitoring and formalizing the performance of long-term customers by identifying gaps, driving improvement initiatives, and implementing mitigation strategies to enhance cost and revenue outcomes.
β’ Carrying out additional responsibilities as assigned.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in trading, brokerage, equipment trading, or a similar deal-oriented commercial setting, with a proven history of closing transactions and generating revenue.
β’ In-depth understanding of asset valuation, market demand, pricing dynamics, and supply/demand factors.
β’ Demonstrated experience in negotiating and executing high-value or complex agreements.
β’ Professional proficiency in English, French, and Italian.
