This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Oversee both direct and indirect procurement categories for suppliers across the EMEA region.
• Manage purchasing tasks for:
• Maintenance parts and consumables
• Mobile devices
• Fleet management
• Real estate
• Travel services
• IT, HR, and professional services
• Process purchase orders and track supplier delivery performance.
• Maintain procurement systems (e.g., iBuy).
• Coordinate the distribution and lifecycle management of company mobile phones.
• Assist with vehicle procurement and fleet administration.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and procurement reporting.
• Maintain supplier contracts and procurement documentation.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, sourcing tools, and audit requirements.
• 2–3 years of experience in:
• Procurement
• Supply Chain
• Operations
• Finance
• Proven experience with purchase orders, supplier management, and sourcing processes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal departments and external suppliers.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience with reporting and process documentation.
• Advanced or strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP ERP is a plus.
• Fluent English is required.
• Proficiency in German is preferred.
