πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Accurately and efficiently processing purchase orders

β€’ Verifying supplier price lists to confirm correct pricing

β€’ Collaborating with internal teams (e.g. hire coordinators) as necessary

β€’ Engaging with suppliers through phone and email concerning:

β€’ β—‹ Availability

β€’ β—‹ Order discrepancies

β€’ Managing customer inquiries and ensuring prompt responses

β€’ Occasionally handling incoming calls and routing them appropriately

β€’ Keeping precise records within the booking system

β€’ Demonstrated experience in customer service

β€’ Prior experience in purchasing or administrative roles

β€’ Excellent organizational abilities
