Talent Sourcing Specialist – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of top-of-funnel sourcing for the Growth team, collaborating closely on role specifications, intake processes, and pipeline priorities.

• Identify and engage passive candidates through innovative outreach methods, boolean searches, research, and market mapping, particularly focusing on those with technical and STEM backgrounds.

• Deliver market insights and strategic advice by leveraging your strong partnership with the team to evaluate successful practices, identify challenges, and analyze broader market trends.

• Perform initial candidate screenings and facilitate smooth transitions to project teams.

• Monitor and report on recruiting metrics, ensuring data accuracy in Ashby and other systems, while utilizing insights to refine sourcing strategies and enhance results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Approximately 2–4 years of experience in recruiting or sourcing.

• Demonstrated capability to locate and engage specialized talent pools.

• Experience in sourcing candidates from niche sectors, including STEM, data, or technical fields.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Familiarity with ATS platforms (Ashby is a plus), LinkedIn Recruiter, and additional sourcing tools.
