This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Join a dedicated team focused on delivering services and ensuring compliance with all commitments made to clients.
• Draft and negotiate a diverse array of contracts, including those related to content, software development, professional and consulting services, staffing, licensing, other IP/IT agreements, and general commercial contracts.
• Collaborate with junior team members, providing training and development to enhance their negotiation skills.
• Support the Delivery lead by managing complex negotiations and overseeing the quality control of junior team members, some of whom may lack prior negotiation experience.
• Comply with delivery processes and commitments consistently.
• Seek out new opportunities to enhance client negotiation processes and strengthen long-term relationships.
• Input and manage data on Factor and client systems, ensuring they remain current.
• Assist in the development of contract templates, playbooks, and other resources for team utilization.
• Stay informed about legal and other relevant developments.

• A Law Degree and/or legally qualified.
• Legally eligible to work in the country where this position is located.
• Over 4 years of proven experience in independently drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, whether in a law firm, as part of an in-house legal team, or within Factor.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Operates with significant independence, requiring minimal or no supervision.
• Strong commercial understanding, working directly with business managers.
• Possesses the legal expertise to serve as a senior advisor to clients and act as an escalation point for junior team members on various issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Microsoft Word.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring junior team members.
• Familiarity with client relationship management.
• Experience utilizing a recognized matter management system in daily operations.
