Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Collaborates with Talent Acquisition to execute assigned roles for sourcing.

• Conducts initial outreach and preliminary screening to assess a candidate's interest and basic qualifications, subsequently presenting findings to the designated talent acquisition partner.

• Responsible for sourcing high-volume, standard, or recurring positions (e.g., Environmental Services, Security, Patient Care Technicians, Licensed Practical Nurses, Emergency Department Technicians, Medical Assistants, General Administrative Staff).

• Consistently meets and surpasses sourcing performance metrics.

• Engages in sourcing activities utilizing various tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume Database, Job Boards, and candidate lists.

• Leverages a diverse array of social media platforms to attract talent, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

• Innovatively approaches recruiting processes and procedures to maintain a talent pipeline that supports our growth in the coming years.

• Ensures an exceptional candidate experience and fosters strong relationships with candidates.

• Participates in networking events to source talent, such as job fairs, professional conferences, and open house events.

• Develops an understanding of current market trends to maintain competitive hiring practices.

• Guarantees accurate reporting and data management within talent acquisition systems.

• Performs additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (Preferred).

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing (Preferred).

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred).

• 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources required.

• Preferred experience in a hospital or healthcare environment.

• Proficient in using recruitment and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed RDB.

• Skilled in utilizing Boolean search strings, LinkedIn Recruiter, and internal databases to identify potential candidates.

• Strong social media capabilities, including the use of Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, Instagram, etc., to generate leads.

• Accurately tracks candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.

• Excellent customer service skills when interacting with both internal and external customers, including meeting service quality standards and evaluating customer satisfaction.

• Advanced time management skills, including prioritization, organization, and tracking details while adhering to deadlines across multiple projects with varying completion timelines.

• Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with individuals at all organizational levels, within the business community, and with vendors.

• Strong analytical thinking skills are required.

• Proficient in effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
