Talent Sourcing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of a specific geographic area and actively cultivate a candidate pool within that market.

• Collaborate with regional leadership to prepare the candidate pipeline for upcoming initiatives.

• Advertise job openings on appropriate platforms and oversee active job boards.

• Conduct research to locate and attract qualified candidates for both current and future positions.

• Maintain a warm bench of top-tier talent in your territory, even in the absence of active searches.

• Evaluate and screen resumes to identify candidates with high potential.

• Conduct preliminary candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, work style, and fit for household roles.

• Use sound judgment to evaluate candidates comprehensively, considering more than just their resumes.

• Accurately document candidate profiles and notes in our Notion CRM.

• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout their journey.

• Communicate proactively, ensuring candidates are always informed of their status.

• Create a welcoming and professional experience that embodies the Sage Haus brand.

• Work closely with Hiring Services Specialists in your region to direct top candidates into active searches.

• Report to and collaborate with your Regional Manager.

• Participate in weekly pipeline meetings and ensure the Notion CRM and Breezy ATS are up to date.

⛳️ Requirements

• Direct experience as a house manager, family assistant, or in household staffing (strongly preferred).

• Background in recruiting, talent sourcing, or a related field (preferred).

• Outstanding organizational skills with the capability to manage a busy calendar.

• Clear, professional, and compassionate written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient with remote work tools, including Notion, email platforms, and video conferencing.

• Adaptable and comfortable in a dynamic, growing company environment.
